Overall a just perfect stay during a business trip. Magnificent and nice location to the Christmas Market, close to restaurants and bars. And very close to Sterntor.

The hotel was not far from the lively Altstadt, and Christmas market thanks to its favourable location. Furthermore, close to centre easy to reach via public transportation. We stayed in a family room with twin beds. A microwave oven, coffee & tea makers, and a fridge were very handy.

The value for money at Aigner was great, with a clean and comfortable room perfect for a business trip. The location in Altstadt was ideal, and the staff were kind and helpful throughout my stay.

The hotel room was quite spacious and the staff was very friendly. We didn't speak German, but the staff went out of their way to communicate with us in English.

Perfect setting with easy access to buses, trams, and trains, as well as tourist attractions like Beethoven's house. Neat room with a very comfortable bed and useful amenities like a microwave, fridge, and tea/coffee making equipment.

The location was marvellous and unbeatable in the city-center. Moreover, it's right by very good restaurants.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the cozy atmosphere and friendly reception at the hotel. The room was well-furnished and clean, providing a comfortable space for me to relax. the central location of the hotel was a major convenience, with easy access to nearby restaurants and shops.

There were a few aspects of my stay that I found disappointing. the walls of the room were quite thin, allowing noise from both outside and the cleaning staff to disturb my peace.

Very conveniently situated for the city but quiet. Staff veryhelpful (re-arranged for us to have one room throughout when we decided to stay five nights instead of one.)
